FIRST is a university initiative that celebrates the achievements of incoming Stars who are the first-generation, or among the first-generation, in their families to attend college.

FIRST provides incoming Stars opportunities to connect with university staff, faculty, and fellow students who serve as Mentors and guides in the semesters ahead.

When you are involved with FIRST, you can expect to be invited to attend exciting social and educational events throughout your first year as a Star!
