Biography

Chaslee Schweitzer teaches Vocal Production and Dialects. She also serves as a Voice and Dialect Coach and Intimacy Director for ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app productions. She holds an MFA in Theatre Voice Pedagogy from the University of Alberta (Edmonton, AB) and a BA in Theatre: Performance from Rocky Mountain College (Billings, MT). She is an actor, voice over artist, director, and improvisor. She believes in a holistic approach to actor training serving both the artist and the person within the artist. Chaslee is a professional vocal coach and has worked with many professional theatres including Lyric Theatre (OKC), Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, and Know Theatre of Cincinnati on productions such as The Play That Goes Wrong, SWEAT, Morning Sun, Puffs, and Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere. She dialect coached the film Wrong Turn (2020). Chaslee is a Certified Trainer and Coach in Vocal Combat Technique, and an Associate Instructor of The Emotional Body Method. She studies Theatrical Intimacy through Theatrical Intimacy Education (TIE). Chaslee is a member of the professional organization VASTA (Voice and Speech Trainers Association).
