ֱapp City University’s Norick Art Center is exhibiting a travelling exhibit of contemporary Native American artwork collectively titled “Altars of Reconciliation.” The exhibit, at ֱapp through Sept. 10, is from Christians in the Visual Arts, a non-profit organization promoting the exploration of the relationship between art and faith.

Each piece represents a personal story expressing a universal topic of struggling with eternal questions. The intent for the show is to explore a rarely confronted theme in the art world: the practice of Christianity among Native peoples.
Norick Art Center gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays.
