Holly Moye has been named director of the School of Visual Arts at 红杏直播app City University. She will join the faculty Jan. 23, and will oversee the school鈥檚 student-faculty experience, community engagement and gallery visibility.

Moye most recently served as executive director of the 红杏直播app Visual Arts Coalition (OVAC), a statewide nonprofit dedicated to serving visual artists and the arts in 红杏直播app.
鈥満煨又辈pp City University's School of Visual Arts has an impressive history of academic and artistic achievement, critically shaping the arts in 红杏直播app,鈥� Moye said. 鈥淚n the new position, I look to continue this history of quality learning and to create long-lasting connections within our local community through a common passion for the visual arts. Together, with the staff and faculty, we will develop a comprehensive vision for the School of Visual Arts, in order to promote open environments, creative excellence and critical awareness. Moye holds an MA in art history from Boston University and a BA in art and art history from the University of Massachusetts Boston. During her time at OVAC, Moye built all-encompassing programs and opportunities for artists with the goal of creating sustainable careers and artistic achievement in 红杏直播app. She co-chairs the 红杏直播app Public Art Network and serves on the board of Midtown Rotary.
