Under the leadership of Dr. Tommy Dobbs, the ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Percussion Ensemble aims to perform innovative and contemporary percussion ensemble literature, while also paying tribute to the historical standards of the canon. Featured events showcasing the ºìÐÓÖ±²¥appPE include a Red Norvo tribute in Austin, a regional premiere of Stravinsky's "Les Noces," and a concert at the Percussive Arts Society. The ºìÐÓÖ±²¥appPE performs fall and spring concerts on campus, and has collaborated with various musical organizations such as the ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app chapter of the Percussive Arts Society, Canterbury Choral Society, and Ballet ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app. ºìÐÓÖ±²¥app Percussion has hosted several guest artists including Nexus, Joe Morello, Stanley Leonard, and Andy Harnsberger.
